We’re all about gloss, glam, and good vibes – and that includes making sure you’re happy with your order. If something’s off, don’t stress. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds 💌👇

💔 Damages & Issues

We double-check every order with love, but if your goodies arrive damaged or incorrect, let us know within 3 days of receiving it.
Email us at @lolosworldxoxo.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item + packaging
• A short description of the issue

We'll take care of it from there — pinky promise!

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on the following:

• Opened or used lip gloss (no matter how cute it is)
• Items marked “final sale”
• Gift cards
• Free or promo items

All sales are final unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if your item is damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll hook you up with a replacement if available.

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or mistake, we’ll refund your original payment method. It may take 3–5 business days for your bank to process it.
